Here’s a sweet treat of a juice I put together. My grapes didn’t juice too well, but it was enough to adapt the flavour and add more nutrients!
Ingredients:
- 1 small pineapple
- 3 cups of grapes
- 1 apple
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 celery stalk
- small chunk of ginger
Directions:
Juice and enjoy! I would core the pineapple (and definitely peel it!) as my juicer found it too tough. I ended up chewing on the core and binning it. (I am juice feasting at the mo. If I ever decide to do an extra long juice feast, I think I will invest in some sort of deluxe juicer, maybe even something that can handle grasses.)
PS- of recent I am putting a bit of lemon as well as ginger into everything I juice. The ginger adds a certain zing and helps everything digest nicely, and the lemon appears to be cleaning out a lot of mucus. I am waking up with clear sinuses on my juice feast, and this is lovely! I am also really enjoying pineapple, as it does indeed juice well with everything and adds a lot of sweetness, particularly to juices that would otherwise be bitter. Yep, I have a sweet tooth.
